Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Missed Classes: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class. No-shows will not receive a credit for a future class. If your child becomes sick the morning of class, please contact the instructor as soon as possible and do not bring a sick child to class. We will work with you to determine whether a makeup or credit is available. Makeup Classes: Eligible missed classes may be made up during another available Happy Talk class or a future pop-up class. Parents/caregivers must contact the instructor to report the absence and arrange a makeup. Makeup availability is subject to available classes and space. Refunds: Happy Talk registrations and class packages are nonrefundable. Please register only if your family expects to be able to attend the selected series. Refunds will not be issued for unused classes or excessive absences. Transfers: If another Happy Talk class has an available spot, registration may be moved to another class time. A family's spot may also be gifted to another family with prior arrangements. Please contact the instructor to coordinate any transfer. Package Expiration & Unused Classes: Class packages are intended for the current Happy Talk series and expire when that series ends. If an eligible makeup credit remains at the end of the series, it may be used for a future Happy Talk pop-up class as arranged with the instructor. Unused classes are not refundable. Classes Canceled by Happy Talk: If Happy Talk cancels a class because of instructor illness, weather, facility issues, or another circumstance, a makeup class will be scheduled at the end of the series or through an additional pop-up class. Late Arrivals: Each class begins with approximately 10–15 minutes of sensory play to accommodate arrivals. Classes end promptly after 45 minutes so the space can be prepared for the next class. Caregiver Attendance: A parent or caregiver must remain with the child for the entire 45-minute class. Children may not be dropped off with the instructor. Additional Family Members: Space is limited. One or two additional family members may attend, but please limit attendance to no more than three people per family, including the registered child. Minimum Enrollment: Happy Talk classes will be held even if only one student is registered.
