Happy Talk Class Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Happy Talk class, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and that you are authorized to register the participating child.

Class registration is subject to availability and is not confirmed until registration and any required payment have been successfully completed. Class dates, times, instructor, and location are subject to change when necessary. If a change affects a registered class, participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

A parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver is responsible for the child participating in the program and for following all class, facility, and safety guidelines.

Happy Talk classes are educational and enrichment-based and are not a substitute for individualized speech-language therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Payment is due according to the option selected during registration. Any applicable credit card processing fees will be disclosed during checkout.

Cancellation, missed-class, refund, transfer, and class-package policies are governed by the Happy Talk Class Policy provided during registration.
